Kim was the best realtor I could possibly ask for. My fiancé and I are first time home buyers, and she had an incredible wealth of knowledge to share. She answered all of our questions and brought things to our attention that we had no idea about. We were also new to the state, and she was very helpful in helping us learn about the area. She was responsive and we were able to move through the process efficiently. I have only positive things to say about Kim. I would choose her again in a heartbeat and I hope she's still around if we decide to one day sell our home.

We had been looking for a home that would be good as a retirement home and would also be good for our horses and dogs. The COVID stay at home in NYC gave us a LOT of time on Zillow. Once we found this property, we could not travel to VA to see it. Kim went to the property and gave us a fabulous Facetime showing. She literally walked the entire 9.5 acres, showed us every nook and cranny of the house, to include the closets and crawl space. She even drove over to the community beach and walked to the end of a very long dock so we could get the feel for what we would be getting. Kim took care of everything for us. Every inspection, document and appointment went smoothly because Kim was on top of it. She went over the contract item by item over Facetime before we signed it. It was only because of her professionalism and attention to detail that we felt confident to proceed with the purchase of a home without actually being there. The first time we were on the property was the night before settlement for the final walk through. We could not be happier.
